Two local Boy Scouts are carrying out a Community Service project in Llewellyn.
Seth Hubler (14) and Brandon Witmer (11), both of Boy Scout Troop 600, are carrying out a project for their “Keep America Beautiful, Hometown USA Award,” a Boy Scouts of America Award.
They are carrying out a cemetery clean up. Within this, they are painting the main entrance gate to the church and cemetery, removing sticks, managing weeds and invasive species, and more.
They are receiving assistance with this ongoing project from their Assistant Scoutmaster, Tom Witmer, Llewellyn, and scouter Christine Haldeman, Pottsville.

Both of the scouts will receive this award in the upcoming months.
